Cardiff Summer Series - 3 Miles

As with previous years, we are aiming to organise these events along the basic and simplistic lines. Races will Start and Finish within in Pontcanna Fields, with the Finishes are located on the Spine Road. We've have decided to stick to the courses we've used since 2019 to avoid the SWALEC stadium, and also to try and standardise the location of the Finish. The Series Results will be done on the Cumulative Time over the 4 events. 3 mile route - Start on the Spine Rd in Pontcanna Fields just up from the Stables, run down the Spine Road and turn left at "the Wall" and then left onto the river path. At Blackweir Bridge turn left and follow the cross path, when you reach the Spine Road turn left and repeat the lap. At the end of the cross path for the second time turn right and run down to the Finish, which is the same as the Start line.
