It’s your challenge, so do it your way! Your 28 minutes doesn’t have to be all at once – break it up throughout the day if that suits you better. Whether you’re taking a brisk walk around your neighbourhood, rolling around your garden, or strolling through the park, every minute counts. Exercise is personal, so pace it out in a way that feels right for you. You can even get creative – try walking up and down stairs or get a group together to make it a fun, social activity. No matter how you choose to do it, you’ll be making a real difference by supporting life-changing MS research, and every step you take brings us closer to a world without MS.
