Event overview

Choice of 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon Distances. Come and join us on International Charles Darwin Day to celebrate his birthday – where better than in the town of his birth, Shrewsbury! The run will be hosted at The Shrewsbury Sports Village on their purpose-built cycle track. Traffic free, chip-timed laps equal fast times, so you can concentrate on running and enjoy the company of the other runners. The event is limited to 150 places, and you can choose between 5k, 10k, half or full marathon distances. There is access to the cafe, toilets and changing / showers inside the sports village. Aid station every lap providing an array of drinks and snacks with friendly marshals included. Special Darwin Day medal to all finishers.
