Event overview

Although you'd find a lot of the route is actually downhill, there is over 6000 ft of elevation on the 104 miles. You are able to have a support runner with you after the 2nd checkpoint, just over 20 miles into the routes. If you are planning to run unsupported you'll need to provide proof of completion of a previous event of over 50 miles at point of entry. Please contact us before you enter if you're unsure if your previous event qualifies, as without this we won't be able to accept your entry. Relay team entries should have a minimum of 2 runners and a maximum of 4. You will need to arrange your own transport to changeover points along the route. Starting in the beautiful Cumbrian village of Dufton you’ll follow the Pennine way, before joining the Teesdale way, and finally the King Charles III coastal path and the Cleveland way for the last 6 miles of the event. The route passes the iconic charm bracelet 100 miles in! Fully tracked - 11 food & water stations - inclusive 40 hour cut off time.
