Event overview

Join us for a 5k and 10k off road trail event with a Super Sprouty Christmas theme, our 3k Pyjama Express or watch or join in our Santas Super Sleigh Challenge! All our Christmas events have been hugely popular and great fun for us, so we're really please to be bringing a big collection of Christmas events to the wonderful Normanby Hall Country Park. It's a perfect day out for the family and running clubs... we've got space for your club tent and great facilities to keep you amused for the day, either running or cheering on your club mates!

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
