Well organised and very well supported by locals, especially at the finish area. Plenty of water supplied plus coke, jaffa cakes and jelly babies on the final lap. The marshals were encouraging and helpful plus the course was well marked. Jess L

A windy and tough race. It was harder than I thought but everything was well organised from water stations to marshal. Wing U

It's a beautiful setting... The race was well organised, the car parking plentiful and the toilets clean...  Sarah M

I can't wait to book another event and of course clacton 2025. Mr Paul Wren

Excellent guys thanks for everything!!!! Jose V

Great local event next to the sea. Perfect organisation and course. Marshalls and kids at the water station did a good job. Dasen P

Superb race, will 100% be back next year. Thank you to all! Lee J

A thoroughly enjoyable race from start to finish. It’s a lovely beach and the run route made the most of it. The event staff were all amazing, clapping and cheering for everyone, the spectators were also great, some had jelly babies…. I will definitely run again next year, it’s was a very welcoming race and I would recommend it to anyone. Brett L

Reviews thanks to RaceCheck

  • Bring your own cup
  • Plastic bottle free
  • Recycling
  • Sustainability policy

To help reduce the carbon footprint of this race, runners are encouraged to bring their own camel packs or reusable cups for this race. The teams at the water stations will be happy to fill any receptacle that you might bring with you so that you stay hydrated and racing fit! If you are able to car share, then this would be wonderful!
