Event overview

Join us in Singleton Park for Colour Run Swansea, a non-competitive 5K event that promises a vibrant and unforgettable day out for the whole family. Held in a festive, welcoming atmosphere, this event is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you walk, jog, or run, you’ll make your way through a lively course filled with colour stations, and music. As you pass each checkpoint, volunteers will shower you in bright, biodegradable powder—turning your run into a moving celebration of spring and community. There’s no pressure to complete the full 5K. Whether you do one lap or all of them, you’ll be cheered on by friendly marshals and surrounded by a buzzing crowd. Costumes are encouraged—especially daffodils, dragons, and well anything your heart desires! The emphasis is on fun, not finish times. Bring your friends, bring your family, and get ready to run or walk in the most colourful way possible. Colour Run Swansea is more than a run—it’s an event that brings our community closer, and creates a sense of togetherness.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
