Event overview

We will be starting in the grounds of the sports arena before heading out onto the Lancaster canal towpath. Runners will head towards Preston before dropping down through the canal locks and following the millennium Ribble link. From here the course will take you through the tree lined paths of Haslam park, which will loop round the park and lake, before returning to the canal, at the far side of the park. You will then head back towards the sports arena to cross the finish line. The course will be over a 5K loop. The 10K will be 2 loops of the course, 1/2 marathon will be 4 loops + short out/back, Marathon 8 loops + short out/back, Ultra will be as many laps as you wish within 6 hour limit. (NB: last lap must start within 5H 30 Min). All runners will receive a bespoke medal as well as post run goodies. We will keep you going with lots of snacks, drinks & plenty of encouragement.
