Event overview

The Spring race will once again take in the best parts of the Estate as it burst back into life after winter with daffodils and tulips on this morning run at Cowdray. Runners will have the choice of taking on either a 5km, 10km, 10 miles or dog-friendly canicross course across the stunning grounds of Cowdray Estate and the South Downs National Park. This is a testing run on a new route on the south side of the A272 around Ambersham Common, Heyshot and (for the 10mile run) a climb to the South Downs Way. Don’t underestimate this course, it’s still a significant challenge and ground conditions will make this a tough course and an excellent workout if you’re looking at the London Marathon or Worthing Half.

This event is part of Cowdray Estate Trail Run Series - Spring.
