Event overview

A friendly series over 4 months of 5km/10km and 2km kids run around Dinton Pastures, welcoming runners of ALL abilities. You don't have to run all events in the series to be a "Series Runner" - but it is better value for money if you enter the whole series and you get a FREE PAIR OF SOCKS (Adults only - if you enter before 10 April), and it makes you more likely to show up!!!! The course is a lovely off-road, traffic-free route around Dinton Pastures Country Park, near Reading. 5km option is a 1 lap course, 10km option you go round the course twice!! Either way, it’s pancake flat and if you enter more than one race you’ve a great chance of seeing your course record come down month by month! The kids 2km race (open to those aged 4 - 14), held 30 minutes prior to the start of the 5km/10km race is an out and back course with children always in sight of a marshal.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
