Double or Quit | 10 Mile

A HUGE thanks to everyone who ran the Double or Quit 2022 and all who helped out. Prostate Cancer benefited greatly from your support. We could not have done this without you. Competitors were flying over the finish line to get their medals. On the day, you choose the distance you want to run,or Nordic Walk (5 miles only). One or two laps of a 5 mile multi-terrain route, 5 or 10 miles. Complete the first lap within 1 hour 5 minutes and turn left at the split point for the finish line, or run straight on and attempt second lap. The start and finish is the same for everyone and the race has a time limit of 2 hours 15 minutes. Prizes awarded for 5, 10 miles, first male U40, first male 40, first female U35 first female 35.
