The Dovedale Dash is a cross country race of 4 3/4 miles. The dash is an experience you will probably not find anywhere else. Tough, fun, fancy dress, serious runners, mud, wet, cold, a great experience!! The Mini Dash is a children's race of 1 1/4 Mile around the foot of Thorpe Cloud. The race is for under 12's (11 and under). The main race is not suitable for under 12's and children under 12 are therefore encouraged to take part in the Mini Dash.
