Event overview

The event starts with a 5K on Saturday morning. This is followed an hour later by Team Relay Race. The relay comprises three-person teams where one person does the 400-metre swim before handing over to the second member of the team to complete a 13-lap bike. The final member of the team completes a 5K run.

On Sunday afternoon, members of the Fire Service will be competing in the individual Sprint Triathlon.
