Coffee, cake and Easter eggs. Daren C

Really helpful and friendly. I will be back. Marie W

I didn’t get the result I wanted but I had a great time. Being laid back while still well organised is hard to pull off, but this was my first Zig Zag event and I loved it. The weather helped, even if it hindered my performance. Sheamus S

Blumin brilliant event! Claire G

Wonderful. As before, Zig Zag put on a great, well organised and friendly event. This was our second run with them and definitely won’t be our last. Martin E

Enjoyable and friendly. A very well organised event with support throughout. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Lisa R

The best event I’ve run. I ran my first ultra and my first time beyond half marathon distance. I really enjoyed the day — a beautiful course with just the right level of challenge and a top-tier atmosphere. I hope to run with you again once I can move my legs. Steven L

Another great event with Zig Zag Running, with the bonus of cake and an Easter egg at the end. Scott C

Enjoyable run. We appreciated the Easter egg and delicious free cake and coffee at the end. Very friendly event, plus a great massage in the sunshine afterwards — a perfect start to the Easter weekend. Anne S

Great supportive run, well organised. Pre-event information was very helpful, especially around parking and running details. Loved the friendly, supportive atmosphere and outstanding marshals and finish support. See you next year. Emma A

Perfect trail. Beautiful route, perfect weather and fantastic marshals. Simon S

Great event catering for all abilities. Lovely to get an Easter egg at the end. Paul F

Parking was very restrictive, but it was a very friendly event and I would come back. Thank you. Stuart M

Great day all round. Billy R

Great atmosphere, well organised, friendly and chilled — an all-round brilliant job. Neil R

Had a great day. Very friendly and well organised event. Would definitely do more and highly recommend to both novice and elite runners. A good day out for all the family. Karen C

Amazing event. This is now my second Zig Zag event and I’ll be back for more. Keep doing what you do! Natasha D

  • Bring your own cup

This event is taking steps to be more sustainable:

  • Cupless

Runners can buy a reuseable cup at the event.

  • Car share

    Car sharing is actively encouraged.

  • Medals

Runners often have the choice between a bespoke medal for this event specifically, or a 'lucky dip medal' which is a scheme to help use up medals from other races to prevent them going to landfill.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors
