This is one of many MoRuns taking place across the UK in support of partner charity, Movember. Take on the distance of your choice or get the kids running in the mini MoRun.
Dress up, paint on a Mo, laugh, smile and support this amazing cause. You can raise funds, donate or just run! Whatever you do, come and join in!
The goal is to have fun, meet some incredible people, feel welcome, feel the MoLove and walk away with incredible memories.
This event is part of Edinburgh MoRun.

Who can MoRun
Absolutely everyone!
Mums, Dads, brothers, sisters, kids, grandparents and even your dog!
MoRunning is all about inclusivity, so whether you are just starting out, a seasoned runner, young or old, you can be a MoRunner.
Without a doubt, MoSistas make up around half of all runners! Females are essential to making MoRunning a success, getting the MoBros running and helping raise awareness.
Warm-up
There will be some funky tunes played and the team will get you warmed up and ready to run!
Crazy costumes
Without a doubt MoRunners bring good fun, great vibes, loads of laughs and incredible costumes.
The crowds love it, we love it and there's a load of amazing MoMedals to hand out.
If you want to be in the fancy dress showdown make sure you line up between the fancy dress flags by 9.15am. There will also be spot prizes for best dressed Mini MoRunners when they cross the finish line.

Whether you are in it for the prizes or not, you will get a load of MoLove just being part of the MoRunning family.
Teams
Get as many friends, family or colleagues together to join you.
Make sure everyone you want to be in your team uses exactly the same team name when booking.

Walkers
For the 5K, some walking is allowed however, due to time constraints, the 10K and half marathon events must be predominantly running/jogging.

Wheelchair participants are encouraged and the route is suitable.

There is parking in and around the park. Please note parking is not available in the South Approach carpark where our medical are based as seen on the race map as this is used for our event team and setup.

Overview
Get ready Edingburgh to MoRun around the stunning Holyrood Park! The run route is essentially road running. Hilly from the start up to 2km, dog friendly, suitable for for buggy running and suitable for wheelchairs. The 5K is one lap, the 10K is two laps and the half marathon has an initial 1.1k loop before 4 full laps.

Finisher headband

Every MoRunner will receive the very best in race timing with full race chip timing and instant results as soon as you cross the finish line.

At the MoRun finish line there will be drinks and snacks for you including water, sweets and other goodies from event partners!

MoRunning are super-friendly, community events, bringing everyday people together to not just run, but to help raise awareness for Movember and Men's Health issues.

One adult can run with their Mini Mo free of charge! The adult does not need to register. However, Mini Mo medals are given to the children, not the accompanying adult.

Half marathon, tough but rewarding course. Great cause. Good having the 5K and 10K start 30min later, but running the same lapped course. Enthusiastic volunteers. Having the mini-Mo-run start later on, but still going through the official finishing line while some of the seniors were still coming through was a nice touch. Alyn S
