Event overview

Your run, on this flat/undulating course, starts in the stunning gardens and takes you through glorious countryside to the scenic Lepe beach with panoramic views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. You will then continue your journey back to the finish in Exbury Gardens. We are thrilled to have been given special permission by Exbury to stage the event in 2026, one of their most most popular months for visitors. In partnership with Hardley Runners and the many local community groups and organisations who help us to stage the event, we are delighted to welcome you to one of Hampshire’s most picturesque 10k’s in 2026. All runners will receive a bespoke medal and we have agreed with Exbury that all runners get FREE entry into the stunning gardens after their run – so why not plan a summer picnic or coffee and cake to celebrate your achievement and make some unique running memories.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
