It is open to runners of all abilities, and follows the picturesque route along the River Exe. It’s the perfect follow on challenge if you have completed a couch to 5 km or for those who are looking for a new distance but not quite ready for a half marathon distance, and benefits from being traffic-free and flat. The event is also timed especially for those runners who are training for an autumn marathon, offering the perfect distance to slot into your running calendar.
