Event overview

It’s mostly a trail race round the Gartmorn Dam, next to Alloa and Sauchie. If you enter check how the weather’s been but unless it’s been unseasonably dry, you’ll need trail shoes to cope with the mud! There are limited changing facilities at Sauchie Hall but no provision for showering. In addition to the senior race there is a junior race as well, which is always well supported. Finally, there’s plenty of food (sandwiches, cakes, tea, coffee, juice, etc) laid on after the race at Sauchie Hall where you registered.
