Event overview

The beauty of the Geneva route, with a first part in the countryside and a finish in the heart of the city in front of the famous Jet d'Eau, as well as its rolling course attract runners who were more than 50% to beat their personal best in 2019.

Thousands of runners of more than 138 different nationalities will meet in a festive and friendly atmosphere to participate in one of the eight races on the programme.

The Generali Genève Marathon also gives you the opportunity to spend a pleasant time in Geneva for a weekend. With excellent transport links from all over Europe and a high quality tourist and hotel infrastructure, Geneva was voted best "City Break" destination in Europe in 2014, 2015 and 2017.
