Join GLOW Birmingham to fundraise and make a difference!

GLOW mental health charity walk is a unique and vibrant 20km night walk through the city of Birmingham, and is open to all abilities.

You can take part solo or get friends and family together as a team. Bring some lights and glowsticks, see some Birmingham sights and unite with others who want to help raise vital funds for people affected by mental ill health. 

This 20km walk will take on average four hours to complete from the early evening into the night, and the circular route through the city is sure to get you GLOWING!

    Corporates, small teams, families, pairs and individuals are all welcome.

    Be one of the city’s featured sights that night, so dressing up is encouraged! Be it glow sticks, luminous face paint, fairy lights, or fun clothes. Friendly dogs are welcome - they can dress up too!
