Gosport Summer Series - Race 4 | 5K

As the summer evening light kisses the bay, this race beckons. Five perfect races to make your own. We'll see you there! This magnificent series consists of five fast races taking place on the second Tuesday in April, May, June, July and August. You can enter each race individually or save money and buy a series entry. The race offers a fast, out and back promenade run using an accurately measured 5k course, ideal for beginners and experienced runners alike. The Gosport 5k will start from a point close to the Bayside Cabin Café and cover an out and back route along the promenade which includes a loop along Lifeboat Lane. The majority of the route is on concrete paths apart from a few metres on a shingle pathway. The route is accurately measured and fast times are highly likely. Junior Race: We are fortunate to also be joined at this race by a fantastic contingent of brilliant, aspiring young racers for whom we offer a nippy (untimed) 1k out and back race. We love supporting our junior runners and love to give them a huge cheer as they cross the finish.
