Event overview

Grand Old Dukes is our newly established long distance challenge in Gravelfoyle in 2026. Alongside this we will host a shorter 50 mile Demi-G.O.D ride as well. Come prepared for a full day of adventure, grind, sweat and joy. We’ll keep you safe with our marshals and medics, fuelled with our feed stations and rewarded at the end of a glorious day with a completers medal. This is a challenge not a race - you make this event as competitive as you want…there will be no podiums but you will receive your time and ranking. This stunning route will be suitable for both gravel bikes and xc mountain bikes. There will be generous cut-off times for each stage with riders redirected via the road. Too much for one pair of legs? We will have a few 2, 3 or 4 person relay team entries available so that you can share the joy and the pain! More info to come soon on all the social activities we plan to offer surrounding this celebration of all things Gravelfoyle.
