Overview

This beautiful Trail run takes in parts of Grasmere Village, Grasmere Water, Rydal Water and passes Rydal caves at its peak. This fabulous course is loved by runners each year with many describing it as one of the most beautiful 10kms in the UK! There is also a 5k Trail Run for those running their first Trail Run or wanting a shorter workout!
