Attention all runners! Are you up for the ultimate endurance challenge?
The 10 events in 10 days is back and better than ever! After the success of recent years, it's going to be bigger and better than ever before so come and enjoy a challenge which is now into its second decade.
This is 10 days of opportunity to challenge yourself over the distance of your choice - 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon or Ultra.
Your race, your pace, your distance!
Routes
Over the 10 days there will be different routes for you to really explore the area:
- Day 1 | Denham Flats (10.55K)
- Day 2 | Windmill (half marathon)
- Day 3 | Kirtling (full marathon) and Windmill (half marathon)
- Day 4 | Gallops (full marathon)
- Day 5 | Dalham Kiln (half marathon)
- Day 6 | Golding Hills (10K out and back)
- Day 7 | Chevington Chase (half marathon)
- Day 8 | Mill Wind (half marathon)
- Day 9 | Clover (half marathon)
- Day 10 | Hargrave (half marathon)
Those completing the 5K and 10K option will be using Golding Hills route on most days.

Come and join the team at this exclusive venue at Suffolk Running Centre.
There is space for your baggage however this is not secure and valuables should be left locked out of sight in vehicles.
Start/lap point
The Race HQ/Base Camp is located at the start which is also the lap point.
The lap point will have water, sugary and savoury snack/sweets, goodies, starter, timekeeper, marshals music, dad dancing and encouragement every lap! The HQ/Aid station will be well stocked for all runners.

Each day will have a 5K and 10K turn around point.
Water/aid station
At the base camp there will be a water/aid station which will supply water, coke and squash, crisps, pretzels and sugary snacks. If you want to place your own food or drink on this table, please ensure it is labeled with your name.
This event is cupless so please bring your own bottle or cup for refilling. This is to help reduce environmental impact.
