Birmingham St Mary's Hospice provides personalised support and end of life care to people across Birmingham and Sandwell in the home, local community or at the hospice.
Their vision is where help is available to all individuals, families and carers across the community, wherever and whenever they need it and they plan to extend services to reach over 7,000 individuals by 2020.
Of funds raised £50 could provide someone with care in their own home, £250 could help fund emotional and practical support or £1500 could help a family create memories at their Family Centre.
