Course was well presented and very well organised. Staff were helpful. Good facilities and very clean. Lots of medical staff around the course. Kieron D

What a fantastic event from start to finish! Throughly loved everything about the event! Tom B

Brilliant and easy 5k route on the quayside of Newcastle and Gateshead. Crossing the river twice at the Swing Bridge and the Millennium Bridge. The route was great with the crowd at the finish helping to power through to the finish. Andrew D

This was my second time doing the GNR 5k and again I really enjoyed it. Great atmosphere, once I got running the nerves had gone. Friendly volunteers. Lauren B

A great flat course on a lovely summer's night in September. Please bring this course back in future. Great support around the course. Laura H

The race was amazing to take part in will definitely be back next year. Stuart H
