Hampton Pool Chilly Triathlon | Super Sprint Triathlon

The Sprint race will start with a swim of 432m in the outdoor heated 36m lido, followed by a 20km ride on local roads which will be quiet with the early start and a 5km pavement run along side Hampton Court.The Super Sprint Triathlon consists of a 216m swim, 8km bike and 2.5km run. This is a great course and venue for the novice looking for a taster to the sport or an experienced triathlete looking for one last fast race of the season. The event will start at 6am to take advantage of the quiet roads. Wetsuits are not permitted as the water temperature in the lido is 26 degrees. WEATHER DEPENDANT in Transition 1 we will pause your chip time to allow your to dry off and layer up. Please make sure you have a rear light attached to your bike for your own safety as roads will not be closed to traffic.
