Event overview

It is organised by Worthing Gazelles and is part of the West Sussex Fun Run League (WSFRL). An approximately 5-mile (8km) course over hilly, uneven chalky tracks and paths up to Cissbury Ring and back. Not suitable for U16’s. Unsuitable for wheelchair athletes. In the event of poor conditions (i.e. the field is waterlogged), we may be forced to cut out the lap of the field at the beginning. A decision will be made on the morning; if this is the case, we will communicate this the best we can. The course would then be approximately 4 miles. Medical cover, toilets, changing area, no showers. Bags left at owner’s risk. Medals for junior race. Water at the finish; no water on the course.
