The main event is a 400m pool swim followed by a 5k run over one of the UK's most spectacular routes. Few locations can match the beauty of the dunes and sands of Harlech Beach. There will also be an event designed for novice swimmers, with a 100m swim and 5k run.
This event is part of Harlech Aquathlon.
