The HARP Mud Run is organised by the High Ashes Rural Project. Slide, crawl and run around this great obstacle course. This event is family-friendly and perfect for all abilities. The are Two runs. A 10k and a 5k. All finishers get a medal and an enormous amount of satisfaction.
