Event overview

Start and finish will be hosted at Crimple House, the home of our hospice. The course features a mix of scenic paths, gentle hills, and open spaces to keep things dynamic but friendly for all abilities. You can take this run at your own pace — push yourself or enjoy a steady walk with friends. We welcome everyone. The atmosphere will be lively with music, cheering supporters, and refreshments at the hospice. While there’s a route, logistics and support (hydration stations, marshals, first aid) will all be in place. You’ll also receive an event pack outlining start times, parking, route maps, and what to bring.

This event is part of Harrogate 10K, 5K and Littlies – A Run For Everyone.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
