Hawkshead 10K

Kendal Amateur Athletic Club, based in the picturesque town of Kendal, the ‘Gateway to the Lakes’, hosts a series of four scenic 10K road races in and around the breath-taking Lake District during spring and early summer. Hawkshead 10K - The undulating course follows an anticlockwise route around the beautiful Esthwaite Water, brushing past Near Sawrey and Hill Top, the home of Beatrix Potter. After the race, enjoy a delicious pie and peas meal with pickled red cabbage and beetroot (or a vegetarian option) in the charming Hawkshead Square, making it a fantastic social occasion.
