Who will be crowned the King and Queen of the Hay? The Hay'O trail is a 6km multi Terrain race up the hill with spectacular views of the Lake District and Solway. Who will be crowned the King and Queen of the Hay? The Hay'O Junior is 1.5km for u14 and u16 and 1km for u10 and u12. Medals for all finishers with prizes for first Male and Female in each age category.
