Helmsley Triathlon & SwimRun

800m Swim in our 25m heated Lido. Pool Temp 26-29C. 4 lanes - max 5 swimmers per lane, rolling start. 40km Cycle of the stunning 'Bransdale Loop'. It is very hilly but relatively traffic free. We cycle the route anti-clockwise to avoid RH turns. Hopefully the purple heather of the National Park will be in all its glory - just watch out for sheep. 10km Run - the Helmsley 10km multi-terrain route. Very popular with runners on Easter day since its inception 10 years ago. We head back into the heart of the Moors taking in super views above the valley of Riccaldale before heading back to Helmsley with its imposing castle.
