Heritage Trail Series - Autumn

Heritage Trail Series is made up of four 10km trail running events taking place in spring, summer, autumn and winter. They will be set in a beautiful rural location that doesn’t normally allow running to take place, offering an exclusive and unique running experience. Our first event will take place at the stunning Leonardslee Gardens - a unique Grade I listed woodland and gardens offering beautiful lakes, sculptures, wildlife (incl.wallabies!), vineyards and a romantic Grade II listed house complete with restaurant. The routes chosen for Heritage Trail Series at Leonardslee will be mainly off-road with the occasional road section. Underfoot, you’ll be mostly on hard packed, manicured trails making for a lovely running experience. The Heritage Trail Series is not about serious racing or chasing PBs. Routes will be challenging but will be designed so as to explore the best parts of the venues. Autumn - Take in a myriad of Autumn colours, which will envelop the gardens on the 10k route and create incredible reflections in the lakes as you pass by. Hundreds of varieties of trees will be ablaze with pinks, yellows, reds, and shades of bronze.
