There are two course options, with long and short courses available to participants making it a great event for experienced swimrunners as well as swimrun virgins. The Long Course is 22.6km total distance with approximately 17.9km of running and 4.7km of sea swimming over 13 stages. The Short Course = approximately 7.1km of running and 3.2km of sea swimming over 7 stages. Expect to spend the day running on coastal path, sand, gravel, tarmac in your wetsuit, and swimming in the sea around the beautiful Fowey coastline.
