Event overview
The four events are inclusive to all runners with no time cutoffs; all abilities are welcome. They’re brilliant, friendly events whether you’ve been racing for years, are new to running or looking for a next step after Parkrun or "Couch to 5K". All of the courses are on road or hard-packed paths with a small amount of grass at Rushcliffe. They are largely flat (which are perfect for going for a PB).
