Parking

There is no parking at the start and finish area, please find parking in the surrounding streets.

It's a 5-mile loop on trail with a short section of tarmac. Parts of this course can be very muddy if there has been lots of rain. The route is traffic-free.

Feed stations

The cake table will reflect the theme of the event. Feed stations are placed every three miles and provide a full range of snacks, juice and water.

Cut off time

6.5 hours.

Headphones

The use of headphones is not endorsed for the following safety reasons:

• Runners cannot always hear the marshals’ instructions
• Runners may not hear cyclists behind them and stray into their path
• Bone conduction earphones are allowed

This is cupless event. All runners are requested to bring their own labelled, reusable cup or bottle. These may be filled before, during and after the event.

All runners will receive a bespoke medal, chocolate and beer (or alcohol-free drink). Trophies are awarded to the first male and female runner runner in each distance.
