Event overview

Mental Elf 2024: Festive Fun for Everyone! What better way to kick-start your festive period than with a family run in the beautiful setting of East Park in Hull…dressed as an elf! Embrace the joy of an active lifestyle, which not only keeps you fit but also boosts your mood. The Mental Elf Run is all about enhancing your own wellbeing while supporting others in the community. Whether you prefer to walk or run, join us at East Park. This event is open to everyone, no matter your age or ability. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and we’ve got discounts for families, groups, and corporate teams. Little elves under 5 can join in for free! While fancy dress is encouraged for extra fun, it’s not required—though there will be exciting prizes for the best costumes! Plus, enjoy a variety of festive activities perfect for the whole family. Every participant will receive a medal and goody bag when they cross the finish line. Don’t miss out on this magical start to your Christmas season. All tickets purchased before September 2024 will benefit from an Eager Elf discount. Grab them whilst you can!

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
