Event overview

Thousands of runners and walkers have taken part in the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge - part of the UK’s biggest and best series of treks and trail runs for a wide range of ages, fitness and experience levels which raises £10+ million a year for charities - and now there's a 10K to complete the active weekend.

You’ll get a fully signed route with arrows, a rest stop with free snacks and drinks, medal and glass of fizz to make your active fundraising challenge successful and rewarding! If you’re up for a 10K charity challenge this year, make it The Bridport 10K!

The Bridport 10K Experience

The Bridport 10K is fun, safe, and rewarding and you can take it on at your pace as an individual, or as a team of friends or family. It's ideal as a charity fundraiser and children are welcome too. You’ll get full support, there’s an optional finishers meal – and you’ll receive a glass of fizz at the finish, medal and t-shirt too.

Get sponsored for charity

You’ll be amazed how much you can raise as friends and family will recognise and support your endeavours over 10K distance! All fundraising goes directly to your charity via an online JustGiving page.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
