Event overview

The Killin 10K and 5K began in 2011 and is the longest running event! Runners of both distances experience crossing the spectacular Falls of Dochart before splitting to take on different routes up and down Glen Lochay and past Loch Tay respectively. The routes then rejoin with 500m to go and finish in Breadalbane Park. The whole community comes out to support the event and with amazing scenery thrown in, you are guaranteed a warm welcome and memorable visit to Killin. The Killin 10K and 5k were awarded 3rd Best 10K in Scotland by the Running Awards in 2020 (based on our 2019 event).

This event is part of Killin 10K & 5K.

Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
