Great little but tough course. It was handy being quite dry. The marshals and aid stations are always great. The goodies at the end too. Second time I have done this race. Robert D
Marshals were awesome, as always. Finishers received a medal, beer, chocolate and the usual array of home baked cake. Leeds C
I cannot wait to do this event again. Beautiful, historical scenery and friendly , knowledgeable organisers. I always feel like my requests are listened to and dealt with respect. Enjoyable, easily accessible event. Unique medal design for medal lovers. Serena M
Really enjoyed this run, there was a slight hiccup with the route at one point but this was resolved very quickly and didn't spoil the run for me. The marshalls were all very friendly and helpful and i would definitely run with Grim up north again βΊοΈ Ben B
Had a great day. Runners and Marshalls were all amazing. Really friendly. First ever ultra for me too! Sophie S
My 3rd time at this wonderful race. Very well organised, lovely route and as per all grim up north events very friendly marshalls and all grim up north team. Andy W
Great event, generally super well organised. The goodies at the finish line were excellent (chilli, chocolate, drinks, cakes, snacks etc!). Patrick B
The course was in and around the grounds of Kirkstall Abbey following mainly trails and taking in the Leeds & Liverpool canal. A great mixture of surfaces provides a challenging route. Well organised and well stocked aid stations. Some of the most cheery marshals too. Plenty of cake at the finish and nice goody bag. James H
Small but enthusiastic running event organisation that put on a great race at Kirkstall. Good support and nice medal received. Thanks! π€ Wayne M
A very nice trail half marathon mainly along the Leeds Liverpool canal, but also through a little woodland, road and path. I ran in trail shoes as it was a bit soft underfoot, but road shoes may have been okay. Very well organised and good friendly marshalls at the important points on the course. Great goody bag. Adam J
