The Leeds Abbey Dash 10K for Age UK is back for yet another successful year!

Take up the challenge this autumn and tackle a flat and fast 10K route from Millennium Square and follow the line of the River Aire to the remarkable Kirkstall Abbey before returning to the centre of Leeds.

The Junior Dash 2K starts before the main 10K event and ensures that all the family are catered for.
