Event overview

A scenic Half Marathon that starts on the promenade opposite Venue Cymru. The route goes along the promenade to and up and down the Victorian pier and back along the promenade to Rhos on sea and returns to Venue Cymru along the same route. The route is mostly flat with the exception of the "Little Orme" 1/2 mile hill, if you have done the Conwy half marathon, then the Little Orme is the Great Orme's smaller relative. There are plenty of hotels, guest houses, so why not make a weekend of it. Llandudno is known as the "Queen of the Welsh Resorts".This title reflects its popularity as a seaside resort, its elegant Victorian architecture, and its stunning natural setting between the Great Orme and Little Orme headlands, the town also boasts a rich history, including connections to Lewis Carroll and Alice in wonderland. A bespoke medal and Technical Tshirt for all finishers.
