Event overview

The event is now in it's 14th year and has a range of distances suited to all experience levels. Set within the picturesque Galloway hills and with some of the cleanest water in Scotland, it's hard to find a nicer place to swim. There will be a 500m, 1km, 2km and 4km distance, along with a short 100m kids Splash! swim (including some of the famous Wobbly Waterpark). The swims are completed around a 1km circular course (with the 500m doing a smaller lap).

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
