Overview
The Regents Park 10K course is a three-lap route covering the tarmac paths within the boundaries of Regents Park. The course has been officially measured and carries a certificate of course accuracy. The route is generally flat with only one gentle incline on each lap and covers the tarmac paths surrounding the park so your favourite road shoes will be fine. The adult fun run is one lap only.
The 10K course is three laps of the Regent's Park race route (whilst the Fun Run is only one lap) and will be on tarmac paths. The course is slightly undulating throughout with one gentle incline on each lap. The 10K has been accurately measured and carries a certificate of course accuracy.
Please race with care, keeping an eye out for uneven and slippery surface, low hanging tree branches and protruding tree roots.
Water stations
As well as a water station at the end of the race, there will be an additional water station for the 10K runners.

A postcard event for simple and effective. Clear communication; friendly staff; conscious efforts around sustainability and shared space; encouragement for all; good humour. It attracted a nice group of runners that were more than happy to support and encourage each other around the course. Only (tiny) thing missing was some signage through the park to the start. Rian O
Well organised, friendly announcer and marshals. Clair T
A very well organised race day! Regents Park is a fab course anyway, but the Nice Work team put on a great event. Friendly team, spectacular medal and a super enthusiastic atmosphere. Highly recommended for those looking to start their 10K journey or folks looking to beat a target time. Matt C
I really enjoyed this event. Only my 2nd ever 10K event and my first time around Regents Park. First time i have run at an event by Nice Works, but it was well organised, friendly and marshals were encouraging. Even got an Easter egg at the finish line and medal was colourful. Start time was good, being at 10.30. Steven S
Really friendly run - my kids did the junior run prior to me doing the 10km. Both well organised and a very supportive running community. The medal was great - very unique with it being Easter. Catherine K
This was the second year I ran the event (this year it ended up being one of the last runs I did before the London Marathon). It's always nice running in the parks in central London. It is a 3 lap race in Regents Park but I honestly don't mind it. The medals are Easter Rabbit themed. Marshals and organisers are always great help and support. Carmen T
My first ever 10K in 2013 was a Nicework organised event and, even though I didn't have anything else to compare it to, it was extremely well organised. Fast forward to 2019 and their events are still extremely well organised. The whole event ran smoothly, all the volunteers were friendly and helpful. Dasen P
