Man Up & Down

A 20k coast path trail run supporting Man Down Cornwall. Man Down Cornwall offer a safe space to meet the current emotional and mental health needs of men who are struggling to cope with the everyday pressures facing them in our modern society. ‘Man Up & Down’ is a timed 20k trail along the North Cornish Coast. Runners will set off from Portreath, navigating the iconic & rugged North Cornwall coastline & finish at the Watering Hole in Perranporth. There will be a checkpoint at St. Agnes Head fully stocked with fluids and salt & sugar snacks for you. There are no cut off times for this event. Please make sure you have a mobile phone & fluid for safety. Every runner will receive a Man Up & Down medal & we will have awards for the top 3 male & female finishers!
