Event overview

The Manuden Fun Run has three different races for varying abilities, 10k, 5k and 1k, over country and road – which will take you across the beautiful Essex countryside on a multi-terrain course. Medals will be given out to all runners who complete any of the runs. Water stations will be provided en route at 2k, 4k, 6k, 8k and at the finish. Car parking is available near to the start/finish line (in the field near the Yew Tree pub); Registration will take place nearby at The Yew Tree Inn, where there will be changing facilities and toilets. First Aiders will be in attendance. The 1k will be on the Rickling Road as usual. The start and first part of the 10k & 5k runs will also be on the Rickling Road which will be closed for the duration of all three events. The 10k and 5k will go off road a short distance from the start and will continue on bridleways and footpaths until the finish.

This event is part of Manuden 10K.
