Event overview

Race HQ is Bustardthorpe Changing Rooms on York Knavesmire. The well-stocked aid station and toilets can be accessed at the end of each lap. The route is all on path (so no mud) and each lap is 3.6 miles long. Starting at Bustardthorpe and sticking to the cycle path alongside the race track. Past Knavesmire Woods - still sticking to the cycle path until you reach the planets cycleway. Along the cyleway to Mars before turning around and heading back along the same route. You can run as few or as many laps as you wish within the 6 hour limit. All runners, no matter how many laps they have run will receive a bespoke medal and a goody bag. So, you can run one lap, finish, eat cake and go home or you could see how many laps you can do until the 6 hours is up. You must have started your final lap before the 6 hour time limit (even if your finish time will be after 6 hours). Like our other events, it is cupless. Please bring your own bottle or cup and we will happily fill and refill this for you with squash, water or coke on the day. Registration and bib collection will be on the morning of the race.
