Market Harborough Carnival 6K and 10K Runs | 6K

The Market Harborough Carnival Run is a much-loved tradition that kicks off the Carnival celebrations. Open to runners aged 16 and over, the event welcomes all abilities – from experienced club runners to first timers looking for a friendly challenge. To tie in with the 2026 theme of ‘SIX’ we’ve also introduced a new 6km run, in addition to the usual 10km run. There is a 90 minute cut off due to the start of the float procession. The runs are chip timed and includes a medal and free to download photographs. Both routes start and finish in Symington’s rec, it has scenic views, spectator lined streets and passes some of the town’s most iconic landmarks.
